These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AuraBaby online store, available at https://aurababy.bg, as well as the conclusion of distance sales contracts.

Hereinafter referred to as “AuraBaby”, “we”, “us”, or “the Merchant”.
SCOPE
By using the website and placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and understood these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Return and Refund Policy.
These General Terms and Conditions do not restrict consumers’ statutory rights under applicable Bulgarian and European Union law.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We endeavour to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, materials, and prices as accurately as possible.
Slight differences in colour may occur due to screen settings, and minor variations may be present in handmade products. Such natural variations are not automatically considered defects when they do not affect the intended use or quality of the product.
The customer is responsible for checking the selected size, colour, variant, quantity, and personalisation text before submitting the order.
PRICES
The current price of each product is displayed on its product page and confirmed during checkout.
Where applicable, shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout or determined in accordance with the published Shipping Policy.
In the event of an obvious technical error concerning a price, description, or product availability, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order. The customer may confirm the order under the corrected terms or cancel it and receive a refund of any amount already paid.
ORDERING AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
An order is placed by selecting a product, entering the required information, and confirming the purchase by clicking the checkout completion button.
After the order has been successfully submitted, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation at the email address provided. This confirmation acknowledges that the order has been received.
The contract is considered concluded once AuraBaby confirms that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. Where necessary, we may contact the customer to clarify matters concerning personalisation, availability, payment, or delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse an order due to lack of availability, inability to fulfil it, incomplete or inaccurate information, suspected misuse, or another valid reason. If a prepaid order is refused, we will refund the amount received.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Personalised products are products made according to the customer’s individual requirements, including items featuring a name, initials, embroidery, a non-standard size, a special colour combination, or another individual modification.
The customer must carefully check the provided text, spelling, colours, and all other specifications. AuraBaby shall not be responsible for an error that accurately reproduces the information submitted by the customer.
Production may begin after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received where advance payment is required.
As a general rule, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or customised according to the customer’s individual requirements. This does not restrict the customer’s rights in the event of a defect, non-conformity, or an error on the part of AuraBaby.
PAYMENT METHODS
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:
• online payment by debit or credit card;
• accelerated payment methods, where enabled;
• PayPal, where enabled;
• cash on delivery, where available for the relevant order.
Card payments and other electronic payment methods are processed by external licensed payment service providers. AuraBaby does not store full payment card details.
Advance payment may be required for personalised products.
DELIVERY
Orders are delivered under the terms and within the timeframes described in the Shipping Policy.
The stated timeframes may vary depending on availability, personalisation, workload, and the selected delivery method. We will notify the customer if a significant delay is expected.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information and for ensuring that the parcel can be received.
WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
The conditions concerning withdrawal from the contract, returns, exchanges, and refunds are described in detail in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
COMPLAINTS AND STATUTORY GUARANTEE
In the event of a defect, damage, missing item, or non-conformity, the customer should contact us at info@aurababy.bg and provide the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be attached to help us review the matter more quickly.
Consumers have all rights concerning the conformity of goods and the statutory guarantee provided under applicable law. These General Terms and Conditions do not restrict those rights.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The customer may request the cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us as soon as possible.
Cancellation of a personalised product may not be possible if production has already begun. In such cases, we will inform the customer of the order status and the available options.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the website, including its texts, photographs, images, graphics, logo, design, and product materials, is owned by AuraBaby or used with the necessary permission.
Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using this content without prior written consent is not permitted, except where provided for by law.
PERMITTED USE OF THE WEBSITE
The website may not be used for unlawful purposes, attempts to gain unauthorised access, the distribution of malicious code, security breaches, or activities that may interfere with the normal operation of the online store.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may use or contain links to third-party services, including Shopify, payment service providers, couriers, and social media platforms. The use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with AuraBaby’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
LIABILITY
AuraBaby is liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations in accordance with applicable law.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, interruptions to transport or communication services, actions by public authorities, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
In the event of a question, complaint, or dispute, the customer may first contact us at info@aurababy.bg. We will endeavour to review the matter in good faith and within a reasonable period.
Consumers may also seek assistance from a competent alternative dispute resolution body, including the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, where the statutory requirements are met.

Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection granted to them by the mandatory provisions of applicable law.
CHANGES TO THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these General Terms and Conditions following changes to our services, operating procedures, or legal requirements. The current version will be published on the website together with the date of the latest update.
Changes shall not affect orders concluded before they enter into force, unless otherwise required by law.
